We collect only the bare minimum that we need in order to manage the club effectively.
In addition to personal and non-personal data outlined below, we hold any information that you have sent us – for example emails you have sent to us about specific issues. When you communicate directly with any member of the club you are responsible for the accuracy of any information you send.
Information about your payments to the club, for membership subscriptions or other contributions, are stored by our bank and are visible to the Club Chairman and Club Treasurer.
We also store personal data submitted by people who have filled in our online forms which may appear on this website.
Where is your data stored
Different elements of your personal data are stored in several places:

- Backups of the website database which are visible only by the System Administrator.
- Some collaborative online documents hosted by Google, which allow coaches and other officials of the club to share information. These documents are accessible only by the people who need them (more details below).

Data retention and deletion
At any time you can request a copy of the information we hold about you, and we will provide this to you in electronic form within a reasonable timescale. If you cancel your membership of the club we will retain your membership data for 12 months and then delete it, or you can request that we delete the data we hold about you immediately. This will cancel your membership of the club.
Cancelling your membership means you will no longer be eligible for club benefits. It also means that you will not have the right to represent the club in matches.
